Most Rev. Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo
Managing Trustee
B.A. Diploma in Development Leadership. (Coady, Canada). Founder Managing Trustee of SAMPADA UDUPI. Religious Leader of Diocese of Udupi. Social worker. Great trainer in the field of Social Development. He was the local representative of Manos Unidas, Spain. Born on 12th November1949, did his primary education in Bantwal, degree in Mangalore, Post Graduate Diploma in ‘Social Development' from 'Coady International Institute, St. Francis Xavier University, Canada, and PG Diploma in 'Entrepreneurship Development' from ' Institute of India and Friedrich -Naumann, Stiftung, Germany. He was ordained as priest on 5th May 1977, as Bishop of Shimoga on 17th Jan 2000 and then Bishop of Udupi on 16th July 2012. He has served as Director- Canara Organization for Development & Peace (CODP) an NGO; Director-Rural Self-Employment Program (RUSEMP), Pakshikere & Director-Agricultural School, Vamanjoor. He is the President of KROSS (Karnataka Regional Organization for Social service), Bangalore.
Fr. Reginald A.F. Pinto

B.A. (Psychology); B.Th.; MHRM; MHA; Diploma in Development Leadership (Coady, Canada) Human Resource Management Trainer; Assistant Professor, Hospital Administration; Rainwater Harvesting trainer; SHG trainer. A Roman Catholic priest for the Diocese of Udupi, Co-founder of SAMPADA UDUPI. He formulated the Trust Deed. He with the team of experts formulated the Vision; Mission; Thrust areas; Goals and Objective of the Trust. From its inception in June 2014, he is the sole trainer to start women SHGs, and other activities. He has visited all the 450 SHGs personally five times. Through his guidance 50 Local Women Federations; 05 Taluka Women Federation and 01 District Federation have started.
Dr Eugene Joseph D’Souza

B.A.; M.A.; Ph.D. in History. Teaching for more than 35 years; Guide for Ph.D. students. He has written many text books in History for Bombay University. At present a journalist.

Fr Ferdinand Roque Gonsalves
Deputy Managing Trustee
Born on September 29, 1955, Fr Ferdinand Gonsalves is the son of John Gonsalves and Angeline Rebello of Kundapur. In the year 1985, he was ordained as a priest. He has done his Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Science, MA in English, and BEd studies. He has served as an assistant priest at Kulshekar, assistant director at St Antony Ashram, Jeppu. As parish priest he has rendered his services at Kokkada, Byndoor, Ujire, Kemmannu and Pangala parishes. He has also rendered his service as the principal of the college in Puttur, Ujire, Lourdes Central School Bejai, Milagres PU College Kallianpur and in Bidar. He is also the spiritual director of Catholic Sabha and diocesan director of Laity Commission of Udupi diocese.
Sr. Lilly Pushpa UFS

Sampada welcomed Sr. Lilly Pushpa UFS as a Board member on October 3rd, 2025. A visionary leader and founding member, she previously served on our Board from July 3, 2014, to August 4, 2016, shaping our Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, and activities. A social worker with BSW and MSW degrees, Sr. Lilly Pushpa currently leads adolescent empowerment initiatives in UFS congregation schools and serves on the Udupi Child Welfare Committee. Mr Manoj Stephen Rego

Mr. Manoj Stephen Rego, a BCom graduate, seasoned leader, and dedicated servant. Sampada welcomed her as its Board member on 03rd October 2025. A three-term nominated member of the Kuwait Canara Welfare Association (KCWA) Management Committee (2019-2025), he currently leads KCWA's Loan Beneficiary Selection Committee in Sampada. Notably, he helped establish the KCWA Education Fund. We look forward to his valuable contributions to Sampada Udupi.Team Members

Mr Stanly Fernandes is hailing from Jog falls, Shimoga District. A MA Sociology gradate and has PGDMCJ diploma holder. He is with SAMPADA UDUPI since December 2014. He is the in-charge of SPARSHA and WEP program. He has training skills, organization skills, good communicator and an able leader. Expert in dramatics and street plays. In the society before joining our organization he has worked for SMSSS Shimoga as coordinator, NRHM project Manager in Shikaripura and served in many other organizations. At present he is networking with other NGOs.

Compliance and Financial Manager
Ms Janet is the Compliance and Financial Manager (CFM) of our organization. She handling Human Resource department of the organization, also. Hailing from Nandalike, Karkala taluka. A BCom graduate. Joined SAMPADA in June 2019. She is a team worker, punctual in her work and a very discipline person.
Ms Prema Baretto
Animator
Ms Prema Baretto is hailing from Kolalgiri and joined our organization in February 2017. After her joining she started 11 new Self Help Groups. Her education qualification is SSLC. She work in Brahmavara and Udupi Talukas. She has good leadership skills, listening and communication skills. A helping personality.

Animator
Ms Anet Priya is hailing from Bailur, Karkala. She is a BSW graduate and also Fashion Designing diploma holder. Joined SAMPADA in April 2018. She work in Karkala and Udupi taluka to build and strengthen Self Help Groups. Already started 10 new SHGs in her area including 04 men SHGs. She has lot of patients and good communication skills. She develops leadership skills among SHG women.
Ms Jacintha D'Souza
Animator
Ms Jacintha is our animator working in Karkala and Kapu Taluka. She is with our organization since April 2016. She has started 08 new SHGs in her area. She has good listening skills, she organizes women for their empowerment; she is a kind and patient person. She was Anganavadi Karyakarthe earlier and worked as animator in CODP, Mangalore. In her parish she is the coordinator for 20 commissions. A quiet but dedicated and hardworking person..jpg)

Ms Irene is the animator for Karkala taluka, is hailing from Ajekar Karkala. She has finished her PUC studies and joined our organization in May 2020.She has started 04 SHGs and 01 local federation. She worked as President of Ajekar Mahasangha and Ward leader in Ajekar Parish. She is endowed with leadership skills, a good organizer and program coordinator, good communicator with talents like singing dancing etc.

Ms Cynthia is hailing from Byndoor and finished her SSLC and Diploma in Computer Applications. She has joined in November 2019 to our organization. She is the animator for Byndoor and Kundapura taluka of Udupi district. Ms Suneetha is hailing from Barkur. Had her graduation in BA in Economics. Joined in our organization as office assistant for ICD Program, At present is Heading ICDP Program. She is hardworking, a team person, good singer and encourage others mainly to the children visiting ICDP department.

Elveera Jyothi joined Sampada Udupi organization as an Animator. She has self Help Groups under her guidance at Udyavara, Udupi, Katapadi, Kalmady, Sasthan, Kota, Manipal and Koteshwara Parishes. A jovial personality, has great concern for other with her selfless service. Joined Sampada on 2024 September 01st.

Nancy Noronha hailing from Belman Parish of Karkala Taluka. He is inchage of the Self Help Groups of Kapu Taluka. She joined Sampada Udupi organization on 15th June 2024. A person who is helping others and has leadership qualities to guide and encourage women.
Nimitha Kotha
Office Assistance at ICDP section
Nimitha worked as sales consultant and office back work at Mahindra Showroom, Udupi. She is BCom graduate. Joined as probationary in Sampada on 10th June 2025 and after six months promoted as Office Assistant at ICDP on 10th December 2025. She take care of the Integrated Child Development Program beneficiaries in a kind and caring way.
